CardFast User Registration Agreement
This User Registration Agreement governs your registration for and use of CardFast's gift card redemption, wallet, withdrawal, coupon, referral, customer support, and related services.
1. Agreement and operator
CardFast operates the CardFast gift card redemption mobile application, website, APIs, customer support channels, and related functions (collectively, the “Services”). References to the former product name “CardGuy” in historical materials, if any, refer to the same CardFast service.
CardFast is distributed through Google Play in all supported countries or regions except Mainland China. If you access the Services from a country or region where the App is not distributed, this Agreement still applies to your use of the Services.
Before registering or using the Services, read this Agreement and the CardFast Privacy Policy. By selecting the agreement checkbox and then choosing “Register” or “Log in,” you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
To register for and use the Services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old and at least the minimum legal age required for gift card redemption and financial transactions in your jurisdiction.
- You have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- Your use of the Services is permitted in your country or region.
- The registration and transaction information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You are not subject to sanctions, restrictions, or legal prohibitions that prevent use of the Services.
The Services are not directed to children. We may refuse registration or restrict access where age, location, sanctions, licensing, risk, or compliance requirements are not satisfied.
3. Account registration and security
You may register using an email address and password and may provide a WhatsApp or mobile number and invitation code where those features are available. You must maintain accurate account and payout information.
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your password, verification codes, and devices from unauthorized access.
- Not sharing, selling, transferring, or lending your account.
- Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, or transaction errors.
- Reviewing account activity and keeping profile and payout details current.
We may use verification codes, captchas, device or App identifiers, risk checks, and additional verification steps to protect accounts and transactions. These practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Services
Depending on availability in your country or region, the Services may include:
- Browsing supported gift card categories, countries, card types, and redemption information.
- Submitting gift card details and images for review.
- Viewing redemption orders, review results, credited values, and status.
- Viewing wallet balance and transaction records.
- Binding and managing payout accounts and submitting withdrawal requests.
- Claiming and using eligible coupons.
- Participating in eligible referral or promotion programs.
- Receiving platform announcements, system messages, and service notifications.
- Contacting Platform Support and submitting feedback.
- Managing account information, permissions, security settings, and account deletion.
A feature shown in the App is not a guarantee that it is available for every card, user, transaction, country, payment method, or time period. Feature availability may depend on card support, risk controls, maintenance, law, licensing, partner availability, and published Platform rules.
5. Gift card redemption
When submitting a redemption order, you agree that:
- You are the lawful owner of the submitted gift card or have lawful authority from the owner to redeem it.
- The card and related funds are not stolen, fraudulent, counterfeit, duplicated, unlawfully obtained, or subject to another person's claim.
- All card details, values, images, numbers, PINs, expiry information, and other submissions are accurate and unaltered.
- You will not submit the same card more than once or submit manipulated images or misleading information.
- You will provide additional information reasonably required to review ownership, validity, or compliance.
Every redemption order is subject to review. We may approve, reject, pause, or request additional information. The applicable rate, quoted value, coupon benefit, review result, and final credited amount are determined under the information and Platform rules presented for that order. Submission does not guarantee approval or a particular credited amount.
If we identify suspected fraud, theft, duplication, manipulation, sanctions exposure, or unlawful activity, we may preserve relevant records, suspend processing, reject the transaction, restrict the account, and report or disclose information where required or permitted by law.
6. Wallet, payout accounts, and withdrawals
Approved redemption amounts and eligible referral rewards may be recorded in your CardFast wallet balance. The CardFast wallet is used to display eligible amounts and request payout under the applicable Withdrawal Rules; it is not represented as a bank account, deposit account, or interest-bearing product unless expressly stated and legally authorized.
You agree that:
- Withdrawal eligibility, minimum amount, fees, processing status, and supported payout methods are governed by the Withdrawal Rules and information shown before submission.
- Withdrawal requests may require review and offline or third-party payout processing and are not guaranteed to settle instantly.
- You must provide accurate payout account details belonging to you or an account you are lawfully authorized to use.
- We may request verification, reject or hold a withdrawal, or return the amount to the wallet balance when a request fails review, cannot be processed, or presents a legal, security, fraud, or compliance issue.
- Bank, payment, network, currency conversion, or intermediary charges may apply only when disclosed through the applicable withdrawal information or provider.
7. Coupons
Coupons may be issued through registration rewards, campaigns, administrative grants, referrals, or other activities. Each coupon is subject to its displayed type, amount or percentage, validity period, applicable scope, minimum requirements, and usage conditions.
Used, expired, ineligible, fraudulently obtained, transferred in violation of the applicable rules, or invalid coupons may not be applied or restored. We may correct coupon errors and suspend or cancel a campaign where necessary to address fraud, technical error, legal requirements, or material abuse, subject to applicable law.
8. Referral and promotion program
Eligible users may invite others using an invitation code, link, poster, or QR code. Referral relationships, eligibility, settlement, earnings, and program periods are governed by the Referral Rules and the information shown for the relevant campaign.
You must not:
- Bind your own invitation code or create accounts to refer yourself.
- Use false identities, automated accounts, deceptive advertising, spam, or unauthorized personal data to obtain referrals.
- Manipulate referral relationships, transaction activity, contribution amounts, or earnings.
- Represent that CardFast guarantees income or investment returns.
Referral earnings are promotional rewards subject to review and do not constitute wages, employment, a deposit, or a guaranteed return.
9. User conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- Violate law, regulation, sanctions, court orders, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.
- Commit or facilitate theft, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, stolen-goods trading, identity misuse, or other unlawful conduct.
- Submit stolen, counterfeit, invalid, duplicated, or unauthorized gift cards.
- Interfere with servers, networks, APIs, review systems, pricing, security controls, or other users.
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, automated tools, reverse engineering, or exploitation to abuse the Services.
- Upload malware, unlawful content, infringing material, or content that violates another person's privacy.
- Harass, threaten, deceive, or abuse Platform staff, partners, or other users.
- Use the Services on behalf of another person without lawful authorization.
10. Communications and notices
We may send service-related communications, including verification messages, security alerts, order and withdrawal updates, customer support replies, account notices, and material policy changes. Depending on your settings and permissions, communications may be delivered in the App, by email, by push notification, or through customer support.
Optional promotional communications, if any, must follow applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Disabling push notifications does not prevent essential information from appearing within the App or being sent through another permitted channel.
11. Privacy and device permissions
Our collection, use, sharing, retention, security, and deletion of personal and sensitive user data are governed by the CardFast Privacy Policy.
Camera, selected-photo, photo-library write, and notification access are requested only for their disclosed purposes. You can manage permissions in device settings. Refusing an optional permission prevents the related function from using that capability but does not waive your rights under this Agreement.
12. Third-party services
The Services may depend on cloud hosting, object storage, customer messaging, push notification, email delivery, gift card review, banking, payout, app distribution, or other service providers. Service providers acting for CardFast process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Independent third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law but are not responsible for an independent third party's service, availability, content, or conduct beyond our legal responsibility or reasonable control.
13. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, interface, design, text, graphics, logos, databases, and Platform-provided content, are owned by or licensed to CardFast and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to use the Services for lawful personal purposes. You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit the Services except where applicable law expressly permits such conduct notwithstanding this restriction.
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, transmit, display, reproduce, and process that content only as necessary to provide, secure, and administer the Services and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Account cancellation and data deletion
You may request account deletion in the App through Settings > Cancel account. If you cannot access the App, you may initiate a request through the public deletion page: https://api.cardguy.vip/h5/account-deletion.html.
We may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership. A cancellation reason must be optional and must not prevent you from submitting a deletion request. We will process a valid request within the period stated in the Privacy Policy unless pending withdrawals, disputes, fraud investigations, security matters, or mandatory legal retention obligations require limited data or processing to remain temporarily available.
When deletion is completed, access ends and account-linked data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized except for information that must be retained for a stated legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purpose. Temporary suspension, disabling, or freezing is not account deletion.
15. Suspension and termination
We may restrict a transaction or suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of this Agreement, fraud, theft, account compromise, legal prohibition, sanctions, security risk, invalid card submissions, abusive conduct, or a lawful authority request.
Where lawful and reasonably possible, we will provide notice or an opportunity to contact support. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create legal, security, fraud, or safety risk. Suspension does not erase wallet, transaction, dispute, or legal records, and it does not replace the separate account deletion process.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every gift card will be accepted, every transaction will be approved, every feature will always be available, or every payout will be completed within a particular time unless an express legal or written commitment states otherwise.
Gift card values, supported cards, rates, coupon benefits, referral rewards, payout timing, and third-party availability may change based on review results, market conditions, fraud controls, compliance obligations, provider availability, and the rules disclosed for the relevant transaction.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CardFast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the Services, including loss caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect credentials, inaccurate payout details you submitted, unlawful or invalid cards, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a specific paid Service will not exceed the amount of fees, if any, that you paid directly to us for that specific Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum liability required by applicable law, whichever is greater.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded, violation of non-waivable data protection obligations, or any liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardFast and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material violation of this Agreement, submission of stolen or unauthorized gift cards, or infringement of third-party rights. This obligation does not apply to loss caused by CardFast or where applicable consumer law does not permit it.
19. Changes to the Services or this Agreement
We may update the Services or this Agreement to reflect operational, security, legal, regulatory, or business changes. The revised Agreement will be published at this URL with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice where a change materially affects your rights or where applicable law requires notice or renewed acceptance.
If you do not agree to a revised Agreement, stop using the Services and request account deletion. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be changed without your consent.
20. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection, privacy, or other non-waivable laws in your place of residence continue to apply where required.
Before filing a formal claim, you and CardFast will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through Platform Support or the contact details in Section 22. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its then-current rules for arbitration seated in Hong Kong, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in another competent forum.
The governing law and forum were selected to match the operator's primary place of business, the storage location for primary data, and the open distribution regions on Google Play. Adjust only after a qualified legal review specific to the financial-service licensing obligations and consumer-protection rules of the user's place of residence.
21. Miscellaneous
- If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions remain effective.
- Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
- You may not transfer this Agreement or your account without our written approval. We may transfer this Agreement as part of a lawful merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer, subject to applicable notice and legal requirements.
- Section headings are for convenience and do not alter interpretation.
- This Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Withdrawal Rules, Referral Rules, and transaction- or campaign-specific terms presented to you form the agreement governing the relevant Services.
- If a translated version conflicts with the controlling version, the controlling language is English, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
